Do the shipping charges vary from city to city?

What is the procedure to return a product, If I don't like it?

Please report the return to us within 24 hours of receiving the product. You may email us or call us and inform us the same. For more information on returning a product, please see our returns policy.

Will I get a full refund if I return the product?

Yes a full refund will be given for products returned provided that the returned product is still in its original packaging. In cases where the returned goods are not in their original packaging, the value of the refund will be under the sole discretion of The Flower Hub.

How do I know that you have received my payments?

You will receive an email confirmation that we have received your payments along with your order number

My card is declined, What should I do?

Please re-check if you have given your card details correctly. If so, please contact your bank and explain to them that you are trying to purchase from an online store. Your bank might have blocked your card for security issues

Do I have to receive a delivery personally?

Not at all. Anyone can take receipt of the delivery order at the mentioned address. We will hand over the order to the person at the address who will have to sign the delivery document.
