At The Flower Hub, we take all necessary care to ensure all products you ordered are delivered to you in top condition. However, at times incorrect products do get sent or products may arrive damaged and here are guidelines to follow in the event that you need to return a product.

• All damaged/faulty or incorrect flowers/bouquets  received must be contact to (+64)226895341 immediately or within 12 hours of receipt of flowers along with payment receipt.
• Flowers/bouquets cannot be returned if you changed your mind on your purchases.
